This will be a good proposal to bring since sui has been rising and potentially even making its static only with NS token giving it more utility or a discount. Just a few ideas ---

I hope the community supports the idea of paying for domains with our token! What if these tokens are burned after payment? Or is it a bad idea? ---

I think a stable coin should be use instead since usdc is integrated already and also using $NS will be good but I think it will be better when it’s above $1 lol ---

This is a very good one but the actual work is how to constantly eqaute Ns price to the static usd price since Ns price is nt stable ---

Personally I think I should get one for free then put the prices high. Just kidding I think there needs to be some sort of reward system in place so that the OG’s benefit. Maybe along the lines of staking $NS so that it helps stable the price and get a discount at the same time I think is a win win. Stake X amount of $NS For Y amount of time Get Z Discount The more you stake and for a longer period of time you get a bigger discount. ---

I’m totally in favor of the concept. with a couple of thoughts: - The ONLY payment option should be in $NS. - $NS should be burned with each transaction. - The number of tokens required to pay for the service should be calculated as a percentage of the $NS supply. This would keep the price of the service at a static market value despite the burns, and still allow the token to increase in value. - The initial cost of the service should be lowered considerably to drive adoption and encourage price exploration. Short-term, the value of $NS will adjust based on what the market is willing to pay for the service. Long-term, token holders will be rewarded through the burn mechanism and governance priviliges. ---

It’s possible to burn a certain amount of NS tokens as fees or provide cashback if a domain purchase is paid for using NS tokens. ---

Create a premium archiving service for SuiNS domain holders using Walrus. - $NS holders can use their tokens to access a secure storage space for important files (documents, personal data, etc.). - Archives would be encrypted and accessible only via keys linked to their SuiNS domains. ---

A set price in usdc. Can be paid in sui/usdc/ns. Ns get 15% discount (30% sounds high but maybe limited time offer?) and burns 5% of the ns paid. Sui or Usdc go to gov pool where we gamble on meme coins 🕶 I mean grow our community/economy/ buy backs. ---
