Growth Driver: Creative affiliate/referral programs are ripe in the era of social media and AI. They’d boost sales and generate directed traffic with no upfront cost.

Why it matters: This feature incentivizes entrepreneurs to build profitable businesses on Sui with NS, sparking innovation and the exploration of new economic models.

Extra: Think network effects, data-driven analytics, and seamless integration with external platforms.

2. SuiNS Profiles

Clear Value: I can’t see any downside here. Enhancing identity, adding fun, and boosting dapp integrations makes profiles a no-brainer.

Extra: Just ensure privacy, idiot-proof security, and an intuitive user experience.

3. Auction Service

Trading Incentive: People want to trade, swap, and collect names. A beautiful and robust application that offers simple or extremely novel auction interactions with domains would increase protocol activity and drive NS token demand.

Why it matters: It benefits NS stakeholders and adoption by driving user interactions. This gets people accustomed to trading names and creates a healthy market.

Extra: ensure a robust user-friendly process, and have clear dispute resolution in place.

4. Delegated Staking

Governance on Steroids: With things moving fast, We need active, informed members to have the influence, supported by effective and robust delegation tools.

Extra: Transparent voting records, detailed voter profiles, and maybe even an AI chat window to summarize content and help navigate the site could be cool.

5. 1-2 Character Names

Revenue Generator: I don’t care for 1-2 character names, but their rarity makes them a powerful revenue engine.

Why it matters: We could take LVMH ultra premium pricing model (say, $100K/year). Reserved for wealthy clout chasers who can donate their liquidity to our pockets, or successful and profitable web3 businesses that can afford premium name for market signaling. Eventually, willing buyers will step in, even at an abusively steep price that seems absurd to most.

6. SuiNS Messaging

Utility Factor: Lower priority to me than the above points.

Extra: Focus on end-to-end encryption, user engagement, and potential fee-based models to generate revenue.

7. SuiNS Activity Feed

Niche Challenge: Do we plan to be a major competitor in the web3 feed space, or risk building something that nobody uses because there are better alternatives? Perhaps incentivizing third parties to build apps with NS integration is a smarter move.

8. SuiNS Friends

Lowest Priority: Similar to the activity feed, an on-chain friend system isn’t essential unless we aim to be a full-blown social platform with the drive and resources to compete.

Extra: Likely better left to third-party innovation while we focus on our core functionalities.
