Our team brings together diverse yet highly relevant experience within the crypto industry. What unites us is our shared history of supporting, engaging with, and actively participating in the SuiNS protocol since its first month of mainnet launch.

Extensive Experience – With a combined 20+ years in the crypto industry across various sectors, our four-member team brings deep expertise to the development of SuiNS.

Protocol Alignment – Understanding the critical role we play in SuiNS, we are committed to locking up six-digit NS throughout our tenure—putting our skin in the game and truly walking the talk.

Some Specific Initiatives We Plan To Drive Include:

Protocol Revenue Growth: Our team plans to focus primarily on driving the protocol’s revenue through it’s proposals and initiatives. From strategic partnerships within and outside the Sui ecosystem to designing, proposing and encouraging specific protocol revenue generating tools and ideas

Building a Loyal Community: We hope to build and strengthen a cult community of holders and believers for SuiNS by leveraging the already existing NFT collection and token in community driven initiatives.

Protocol & Chain Adoption: We aim to expand SuiNS’s reach beyond the Sui ecosystem by targeting external markets and attracting new users to the protocol.
Compensation Proposal
Our team proposes an initial compensation of $1,000 per month per council member, based on an expected 15-hour workweek.
We remain open to adjustments—either upward or downward—should our workload significantly shift over an extended period.
For better alignment with the protocol growth, we are also willing to receive a portion of our compensation in NS tokens, which will be auto-locked for the duration of our tenure.

Ch3sto:
I selected Ch3sto for his immense passion, deep knowledge, and outstanding contributions to the SuiNS mission since its inception. His engagement has been evident from the testnet phase, actively participating in auctions, discussions, and ideation to improve the protocol.
Ch3sto’s Web2 domain trading expertise adds significant value, as he understands how to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3 domain markets, unlocking the full potential of Web3 naming services.
He is widely recognized within the SuiNS community for his dedication, insights, and early contributions. With 100+ SuiNS domains in his portfolio, his passion and belief in the protocol and in the strength of the community is unmatched within the community.
Additionally, his part-time developer experience will be a valuable asset to the team, enhancing both technical and strategic initiatives.
PremierJon:
I selected PremierJon for his deep knowledge and familiarity with Sui ecosystem projects and its community. As an ambassador for projects like Cosmocadia and Kumo, and a community moderator for LuckyKat, he has played an active role in shaping and supporting the ecosystem.
With five years in the crypto industry, PremierJon has been involved with Sui since its early mainnet days, actively engaging with numerous projects and holding NFTs and tokens across the ecosystem.
His strong ties within the Sui community and understanding of its evolving needs will be invaluable in helping us better engage with users, prioritize initiatives, and drive meaningful growth for SuiNS.
Cosmin:
I selected Cosmin for his extensive experience and network beyond the Sui ecosystem. Having been in the industry since 2019, Cosmin has significant experience with DAOs, including being a day-one participant in Jupiter DAO. He has built a strong network across multiple EVM and non-EVM communities.
I believe that to effectively discharge the responsibilities we will be charged with, we must avoid being confined to the Sui ecosystem alone. Fresh, outsider perspectives, updates, and broader industry opinions are crucial to our success.
Cosmin has been a Sui day-one user and a SuiNS day-one NFT holder, with a significant collection of NS tokens and Sui domain names. He was a foremost contributor in the SuiNS governance channel on Discord and has actively participated in governance votes, while also spreading information about SUI and NS in other communities.
While Ch3sto serves as our go-to developer, Cosmin will be our go-to content guy.

I personally applied bcos of my deep passion and strong belief in SuiNS protocol, it’s vision and community. I’ve been an early and vocal participating member from mainnet day one, participating in the protocol’s governance not just through voting but in relevant proposal contributions.
Over the years, I’ve built an understanding and passion for the overall Sui ecosystem, its projects, and its people. My further experience outside the ecosystem as a Lead Ambassador for an AI-focused Layer 1 and a Moderator for a leading Ethereum L2, additionally, being a participating member of the Ambassador Governance team for a Layer 1 protocol, playing a key role in establishing a DAO — from drafting and fine-tuning its bylaws to ensuring its successful passage brings valuable perspectives and expertise.

How long each team member has been a part of SuiNS?
All 4 team members have been part of Sui and SuiNS since the first month of mainnet launch in May 2023.
Whether or not they hold NS and/or SuiNS names?
Each team member individually holds NS and SuiNS names, with a combined total of over 150 names and six-digit NS held between us.
How active they have been in the community?
All 4 team members have been consistently active in the Discord community, sharing opinions, onboarding new users, and answering questions. More notably, each member has meaningfully contributed to the governance channel long before the council idea was proposed.
