A normal person only needs one domain. Once they own it, there’s no further demand, nor is there a need for discounts.
Copy-pasting an address is actually faster than typing @name. So, how much is this so-called convenience really worth?
Since tokens have been issued, their value must be the central focus of the design.

I think the price structure is good! It would be a good option to sell the name back to SuiNS. Of course not at the same price. So you don’t have to wait for others in the second market, there is a certain level of security

The number of people in this space who have zero clue how the domains work is impressive.

Selling the domain back to the Registry is the one of the most ridiculous suggestions I can think of.

but why? if someone buys a name and doesn’t find it nice anymore at some point, why shouldn’t they be able to sell it back for half the price, for example. this option would entice many insecure people to spend money

In this case, you need to stop reviewing it.

The domains are not tokens you should be able to sell back to the Registry. If the name is worth something, you can liquidate it on a secondary; if it’s worthless, you drop it. It’s really that simple.

One thing to understand is that these proposals are not for the speculations to make investing easier. And I’m saying this as a professional domain name investor in web2. It’s nice when we’re being taken care of (and we should), but this should not be a goal. Most people here want to pump their bags or make it easier to buy a lot of names to resell, and you want to take it a step further and make the Registry cover you when you need money. Really?
