Sui Name Service (SuiNS) Council Team Proposal

Team Members:

Konstantine (Team Leader)

Konstantine is a well-known and respected OG within the Sui Network community. He has been a dedicated supporter since day one, standing by Sui even during the controversial #suiscam era when it was considered taboo. His deep involvement with Sui Name Service (SuiNS) is remarkable: he is a $NS token holder, a Suins domain whale, a member of the 1k Suins Club, and has actively participated in all governance votes. Additionally, Konstantine holds two #AEONS NFTs, further proving his commitment. His passion, loyalty, and unwavering dedication to Sui make him a strong candidate for the Sui Name Service DAO council. Konstantine is a holder and supporter of nearly all projects within the Sui ecosystem, showcasing his broad commitment to its growth.

Sigma

Sigma was chosen for his technical expertise and active engagement in discussions on platforms like X. He has been involved in the Sui ecosystem since the very first day of the mainnet launch and is a passionate advocate for Sui on X. Additionally, he participated in the first SuiNS auctions in 2023 and has voted on all three DAO proposals. Sigma holds a Day 1 NFT and one AEON with over 70 SuiNS domains, along with a three-digit username (@109) and a Legacy NFT. With a strong background in business administration and an MBA, he brings valuable insights and fresh perspectives. His role as a member of the Legacy DAO, one of the pioneering DAO communities in the Sui ecosystem, will be a valuable experience for our team.

Giorgos

Giorgos brings a wealth of experience in community education and content creation. Since joining in early 2024, he has been an active member of the Sui ecosystem. Additionally, he participated in the first SuiNS auctions in 2023 and has voted on all DAO proposals. Giorgos owns a three-digit domain (@541) and holds 13 SuiNS domains. He has been a $NS holder since its launch. His community participation is extensive, including regular activity on X, where he engages in discussions and educates newcomers about SuiNS.

Nik4

nik4 discovered the Sui Network in September 2022 and has been deeply committed ever since. He actively participated in the testnet, joining numerous communities and dedicating 12–16 hours daily to the ecosystem. His passion for community growth was evident when he won first place in a Sui Daily ideas competition out of over 650 submissions. As an early supporter of SuiNS, Nik4 holds significant roles like 2022 Early Supporter, Activated Day 1 NFT, Whale, SuperOG, and 1K Club. He owns multiple names, holds $NS, and has voted in every governance round. Beyond titles, his true drive comes from a genuine passion for SuiNS and its community. He has actively contributed ideas and feedback on Discord and the SuiNS Discourse forum, always striving to engage constructively even when opinions differ.

Initially, he wrote those ideas not as a candidate but as a supporter eager to see SuiNS thrive. Now, he is stepping forward because he believes the council can benefit from new voices, early adopters with deep roots, and a focus on community welfare. Nik4 values independence and prefers that council members dedicate the appropriate time and prioritize SuiNS above other commitments, but he also recognizes the skills that ambassadors, moderators, and KOLs bring to the table.

Team Vision & Community Contributions

Our team is committed to advancing SuiNS by focusing on governance transparency, community engagement, and ecosystem growth.No team’s member involved with other projects in any way (mod, ambassador etc), this alone giving us the time to focus and the independence to contribute without any commitments on SuiNS.

Our key initiatives include:

  • Governance Improvements: Enhancing transparency by ensuring all governance proposals are well-communicated and accessible to the community.
    We will conduct a thorough review of proposals with SUINS’ best interests in mind before they proceed to the voting process.
    We will review appeals with due respect for governance matters.
    We will shape the voting rules (in the first 3 months) with a focus on fairness and transparency.
  • Community Engagement: Educational content, and onboarding initiatives to attract more users and developers to SuiNS.
  • Domain Pricing Strategy: Working with the community to establish fair and scalable pricing for SuiNS domains.
  • Technical Improvements: Collaborating with developers to improve smart contracts, UI/UX, and security within the SuiNS platform.

The community can expect our team to actively participate in discussions, drive improvements, and ensure the long-term sustainability of SuiNS.

DAO Engagement & Commitment

All team members have been part of SuiNS for an extended period and have demonstrated their commitment through active participation, governance voting, and holding $NS and SuiNS domains. Our combined assets include:

  • $NS Token Holders – All members hold $NS tokens.
  • SuiNS Domain Holders – Each member owns multiple SuiNS domains, including three-digit and premium names.
  • Governance Participants – All members have actively voted on past DAO proposals.
  • Community Engagement – Contributions across X (Twitter), Discord, and the SuiNS forum.

Compensation & Role Breakdown

We propose a compensation of $1000 per council member per month, in line with the original proposal.Our compensation reflects the time, expertise, and contributions each member will bring to the council.

Selection Rationale

As team leader, Konstantine selected each member based on their expertise, commitment, and contributions to SuiNS:

  • Sigma brings technical knowledge, governance experience, and business acumen.
  • Giorgos strengthens the team with his educational and content creation skills, ensuring community growth and engagement.
  • Nik4 contributes with his governance insights, strategic discussions, and initiative in shaping SuiNS policies.

Together, we form a well-balanced team capable of delivering meaningful improvements to SuiNS.
