Vision
Our team aims to contribute to the long-term development of SuiNS and the stable operation of its governance by performing the following roles:
- Efficient Agenda Management
- Collect proposals from the community (Discord, Forum) every month, review them internally, organize key agendas, share them on the forum for community feedback, and finalize the voting agenda.
- Voting Activation
- Enhance awareness among community members to encourage active participation in voting, provide clear guidance on voting schedules and their significance, ensuring that holders can make informed decisions.
- Strengthening Community Communication
- Maintain continuous communication with the community to support the proposal of diverse opinions and encourage broader participation.
- Contributing to Sustainable Development
- When critical agendas are necessary for the long-term growth and stability of SuiNS, the committee will exercise its authority to propose, discuss, and implement these agendas.
Key Plans:
- Utilize $NS buyback to stabilize prices and provide rewards for contributors.
- Establish a collaboration system with other communities for the development of SuiNS.
Role Classification
- Mraz ($1,000) - Final Review & Management
- Leads internal meetings and ensures the smooth progress of all processes, from agenda management to voting, by overseeing and supporting the team.
- Heun ($1,000) - Voting Management
- Registers finalized agendas in the voting system and clearly announces schedules and importance to encourage community participation.
- Sydandy ($1,000) - Agenda Management
- Collects and organizes proposals from the community, facilitates smooth internal review, and shares proposals on the forum for community feedback.
- Stella ($1,000) - Community Communication
- Maintains ongoing communication with the community to support diverse opinions, ensuring an active and engaging environment for discussion.
