Vision & Community Contributions:
Our team brings a unique global perspective with members spanning three continents, enabling great coverage for governance oversight and business development for the $NS token. We propose to:
- Establish clear proposal review guidelines focused on technical feasibility and community impact, with an understanding of how the NS governance works.
- Maintain strong communication with NS foundation and technical team to understand where each proposal stands in its alignment with governance requirements.
- Create and implement a transparent dispute resolution framework with defined response timeframes.
- Develop a structured approach for emergency interventions when needed.
- Introduce governance participation metrics to track community engagement.
- Assist in governance processes and create additional value for NS voters. Our team’s unique position as Sui community members and builders, combined with our experience in business development and marketing, allows us to help attract more projects and align them with sNS and NS holders/voters.
- Full transparency with weekly reports of the work done by the committee to the NS Foundation and published for the community.
Compensation Structure:
- Proposed compensation: $1,000 USD per council member per month. 30% received in NS tokens with a 2-month vesting and 70% in USDT unlocked.
- Rationale: The market rate for good BD and governance in the US is around $20-50 USD per hour - we are proposing a good hourly rate for a top-tier team. Having part of the monthly rate in $NS and with a minimum lock provides that the council remains committed to generating real value for the token.
- Dedication: Minimum of 2 hours per day per member – 5 days a week. We believe that 2 hours from a senior team is more than enough to bring more value to the community than what is paid in compensation.
